Four Seasons Total Landscaping is a woman-owned commercial landscaping business. While we are most known for the infamous press conference held on our property, we’re really great at making America's lawns look great again.

For the past 28 years, we've designed and maintained some of the most recognizable outdoor spaces around Philadelphia, including the Comcast Technology Center, the Philadelphia International Airport, Delaire Landing Condominiums, and the Navy Yard.

A brush with fame
You may have heard of us for another reason too. The surprise post-election press conference in 2020 that took place outside our business on the State Road.

To say our owner Marie Siravo and the team were surprised is an understatement. But our unexpected star turn was met with an outpouring of good humor and support. Merchandise was sold (you can still pick up a souvenir from our store), and tourists swept in to take selfies. But we were mainly delighted that local Philadelphians took a real interest in our commercial landscaping business.
Giving Back
Four Seasons Total Landscaping has always been dedicated to giving back to the community. We are using our fame to do even more for causes that we care deeply about, such as finding a cure for ALS by sponsoring events like the ALS Surf and Turf Gala at Four Seasons.

President
Marie has been leading the Four Seasons Total Landscaping team ever since it launched back in 1992. She considers every member of the team family and works hard to become the best at their job. When she’s not making the big decisions to drive the company forwards, you’ll find Marie helping friends with decorating projects or in her kitchen cooking.

Fun fact: A true home cook, Marie loves jarring vegetables and has even taught herself how to make two different types of cheese. Next up: Homemade pasta.

MELISSA SIRAVO
General Manager
When it comes to day-to-day office management, Melissa is the one you can rely on. Keeping everything in order, she is a key member of the team and ensures the office is organized and running smoothly so everyone can get their jobs done well.

Fun fact: Melissa was born on St Patrick's Day, so she is extra lucky!

LUIS RIVERA
Regional Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Four Seasons Total Landscaping, he combines clear communication, on-site involvement, and hands-on leadership to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. With over 12 years of experience in the landscaping industry and a background in Business Management, Luis brings a vibrant and enthusiastic energy to our daily operations!
Luis thrives in the warm family atmosphere at FSTL, cherishing his role as a devoted father and husband.
When he's not being a dedicated family man, Luis loves indulging in online gaming and playing musical instruments like the guitar and piano, both at home and in church.
Fun fact: If you ever need a good laugh, Luis is the one to turn to for some light-hearted humor!​

STEVE MERCOGLIANA
Director of Operations
Steve serves as the Director of Operations at Four Seasons Total Landscaping, overseeing daily operations, team management, and maintenance execution across all job sites. He manages budgets, job costing, and vendor relationships to ensure crews operate efficiently while protecting project margins.
With over 18 years of experience in Operations and Purchasing Management across industries, Steve brings strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to the team.

Steve values collaboration, accountability, integrity, and execution, and is proud to be part of a company built on strong culture, family history, and a shared drive for excellence.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys being a father to his children, playing softball, and coaching youth and semi-pro baseball.

Fun fact: Steve once snorkeled in the Bermuda Triangle and stood on a shipwreck dating back to the 1920s.

WAYNE KLOTZBACH
Interiorscape Manager
With an Ivy League education specializing in designing beautiful interiors with plants and an excellent work ethic, Wayne makes sure all of our interior plants are in immaculate condition. He is another long time employee that has great attention to detail when it comes to our interior plantings.

Fun Fact: Unlike the plants he installs that stay in one place, Wayne enjoys being active with bike riding and training for sprint triathlons.

MICHAEL S. SIRAVO SR.
Vice President
The strategic mind that keeps business running day-to-day, Michael focuses on efficiency, growth and customer satisfaction at Four Seasons Total Landscaping. He is key to our continued reputation as leaders in Philadelphia commercial landscaping. When he’s not having fun with the team at the office, you’ll find him in the great outdoors. Family time, golf, softball, and boat trips keep him more than occupied.

Fun fact: Michael is a huge comic book fan. So if you want to discuss the finer details of Marvel graphic novels and their big-screen interpretation, he’s your man.

BRITTANY L. MALONE
Office Manager
The Four Seasons Total Landscaping team works like clockwork thanks to Brittany. She manages supplier payments, oversees contracts, and keeps all certifications up to date, so our commercial landscaping business continues to flourish. She is passionate about her role because she loves working for a company where every employee is valued. Outside the office, you’ll find her shaking her thing at Zumba classes!
Fun fact: Brittany tracked down her biological father two years ago and found he had lived four minutes away from her all her life without knowing she existed. She now has a fantastic extended family!

ALEX MORTON
Senior Regional Account Manager
Alex Morton is an experienced landscape and snow management professional who takes pride in strong communication, hands-on leadership, and delivering high-quality results. At Four Seasons Total Landscaping, he focuses on supporting clients, guiding crews, and ensuring every project runs safely and efficiently. His background includes managing complex, high-value portfolios, including an industrial account that earned an Asset Management Award for excellence. Driven by integrity and excellence, Alex values teamwork, growth, and serving others.

Outside of work, he enjoys faith-based reading and writing—having published several books—hiking, and spending time with his children.
Fun fact: Alex has trained in Taekwondo, Jeet Kune Do, and Jiu-Jitsu.

HOMERO FRANCO
Production Manager
A long time employee, Homero has been with the company through thick and thin. Besides the take off and landing of the planes at the Philadelphia International Airport, he is responsible for making the property look pristine for tourists visiting “The City of Brotherly LOVE.” It is his responsibility to make sure the Crew Leaders have the knowledge and tools they need to perform their duties. What he enjoys most about FSTL is the family environment because his family is his number 1 priority when not at FSTL.
Fun Fact: Homero is a die hard soccer fan. On the weekend he enjoys both playing and watching soccer with family and friends.

KENIA GONZALEZ
Human Resources and Payroll Administrator
Kenia Gonzalez serves as the HR and Payroll Administrator at Four Seasons Total Landscaping. She manages employee onboarding, payroll, and internal HR processes while supporting the office and helping streamline communication across the team.
With over 9 years of experience in the HR and staffing industry, Kenia brings strong expertise in recruiting, payroll administration, and office operations. She is passionate about organization, efficiency, and creating a supportive work environment.
Outside of work, Kenia enjoys spending time with her children, exploring new places, and cooking Latin food
Fun Fact: Kenia is known among family and friends for having the perfect “sazón”—bringing great flavor and heart to every meal she prepares.
